NHS Scotland - Derogation Identification and Management Guidance (SHTN 00-06)

Guidance in this Scottish Health Technical Note (SHTN) defines and details the process that should be followed where the requirements specified in NHS Scotland Architectural, Building and/or Engineering guidance are not fully applied. This guidance can be applied at any stage of a healthcare facilities lifecycle, including the design stage, during construction or once operational.
