Further to todays brief meeting, could we see the minute from the National Specialist Services Committee when the review recommendations were discussed? Clearly we are keen to understand their reasoning for not supporting an extension to the scope of the risk sharing scheme.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

I have attached Appendix 1 which is the minutes from the National Specialist Services Committee (NSSC) held on 23 September 2021.
