The Technology Enhancements Team is distinguished by its ongoing support and professional expertise, actively assisting both individual colleagues and entire departments throughout NSS and the broader NHSScotland Procurement/Finance community.

Our primary goal is to maximise efficiency and streamline P2P processes, always striving to achieve the highest possible performance from the software systems that underpin daily operations.

We prioritise the adoption of new technologies and service innovation, continually enhancing existing digital and technological solutions while offering consultancy to the NHSScotland Procurement community.

Our team brings a diverse range of experience and knowledge, not only in Information Technology but also in areas such as Finance and Procurement. This multidisciplinary expertise is a key driver in the ongoing evolution and improvement of our services.

Expert advice and solutions We provide expert technical and advisory input at strategic and operational levels, develop new product service offerings and lead short-life collaborative groups when required to deliver continuous improvements to national P2P interfaces and integration solutions.
