CGS Practitioner Profile Reports
CGS Accredited Provider Profile Report
This report allows CGS Accredited Providers (APs) to compare their data with Scotland-wide AP figures for the same reporting period, providing information on:
- patient registrations
- claimed clinical conditions
- patient age ranges
- deregistration activity

CGS Accredited Clinician Profile Report
This report enables CGS Accredited Clinicians (ACs) to compare data from their CGS assessment activity with Scotland-wide AC figures for the same reporting period, providing total assessments by:
- clinical condition
- assessment type
- outcome of primary assessment
- outcome of supplementary assessment
