We are aware that some users are still having ongoing issues with the eOphthalmic web form (OWF). Please note that this is being actively investigated.

Essential Maintenance
eOphthalmic downtime Tuesday 30 June 2026 18:00–23:00
Due to essential updates, eOphthalmic claim submissions will be unavailable on Tuesday 30 June 2026 between 18:00 and 23:00. Please do not try to submit any ophthalmic claims for payment between 18:00 and 23:00 on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
This action is being taken to improve the overall performance of the eOphthalmic system. This may also impact practice management software submissions.
