Schedule close dates

The information below highlights payment dates, cut-off dates for claim submission and details of any additional payments.

January (paid February 2026)

• eDental and eOrthodontic: Sunday 8 February at 5pm
• Payment date: Friday 20 February

GP21a’s must be received by Sunday 8 January at 5pm and we will aim to process these for the January paid February schedule.

We cannot carry out any changes within the payment system for example, resigning or setting up new list numbers, carrying out bulk transfers, adjustments from Monday 9 February until after 1.30pm on Thursday 12 February while the payment schedule is being processed.

December (paid January 2026)

• eDental and eOrthodontic: Monday 5 January at 5pm
• Payment date: Tuesday 20 January

GP21a’s must be received by Monday 5 January at 5pm and we will aim to process these for the December paid January schedule.

We cannot carry out any changes within the payment system for example, resigning or setting up new list numbers, carrying out bulk transfers, adjustments from Tuesday 6 January until after 3.00 pm on Monday 12 January, while the payment schedule is being processed.

November (paid December 2025)

• eDental and eOrthodontic: Sunday 7 December at 5pm
• Payment date: Friday 19 December

GP21a’s must be received by Sunday 7 December at 5pm and we will aim to process these for the November paid December schedule.

We cannot carry out any changes within the payment system for example, resigning or setting up new list numbers, carrying out bulk transfers, adjustments from Monday 8 December until after 4.30 pm on Thursday 11 December, while the payment schedule is being processed.

October (paid November 2025)

• eDental and eOrthodontic: Thursday 6 November at 5pm
• Payment date: Thursday 20 November

GP21a’s must be received by Thursday 6 November at 5pm and we will aim to process these for the October paid November schedule.

We cannot carry out any changes within the payment system for example, resigning or setting up new list numbers, carrying out bulk transfers, adjustments from Friday 7 November until after 9.30am on Wednesday 12 November, while the payment schedule is being processed.
